Deanna Sullivan,

CPA, CIA, CRMA, CGMA, CFE

Founder and Principal, Sullivan Solutions

Deanna is an internationally recognized speaker, author, and trainer specializing in ethics, fraud, leadership, and communication. She is certified to teach ethics for Texas CPAs. Previously a partner in Arthur Andersen’s Risk Consulting practice, Deanna served as the Global Director of Process and Methodology, where she developed Andersen’s Quality Assurance Review Methodology and Global Best Practices for Internal Audit. Earlier in her career, she led international and operational auditing at Enron and Diamond Shamrock. She is a Ziglar Legacy Certified Trainer, a certified DISC Behavioral Analyst, and a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member

Yes. The course is designed to meet TSBPA’s Ethics Course Requirement for Licensees for four hours of continuing education

Does it satisfy ACFE and IIA ethics requirements?

Yes. It satisfies the annual ethics requirement for both ACFE and IIA.

Are there any prerequisites or advance work?

No. There are no prerequisites or advance preparation.

How do I receive my CPE certificate?

We will verify attendance and provide certificates after the event.

How to Earn Your CPE Credit

Whether you need credit or not, this session will be valuable for Texas CPAs and CPA candidates, Internal auditors and audit leaders, Fraud examiners and compliance professionals, Controllers, finance leaders, and advisors seeking an approved ethics course. If you do need credit, see below. 


Partial credit is not available. To receive the full 4 CPE credit hours, participants must sign into the event for attendance verification and attend both live sessions (1:00 PM – 3:00 PM and 3:15 PM – 5:15 PM).
