Finance leaders are navigating two increasingly important responsibilities: adopting emerging technology thoughtfully and developing people with the skills to succeed alongside it. Both require sound judgment, intentional leadership, and a clear view of the risks and opportunities ahead.
Join us for two CPE sessions exploring these challenges from different but complementary perspectives. Examine the ethical considerations surrounding AI in accounting, from data privacy and bias to professional skepticism, then explore practical approaches to identifying development gaps, strengthening mentorship and career paths, and preparing finance teams for future success.
